Went in to compare phone specs, not planning on buying a new device....just yet. Was helped by Associate Kodi Raisor. He not only answered all my questions, he went above and beyond, in helping me decide. He was extremely detail-oriented, very honest, while adding up every possible option. Needless to say, he was so good at his job, that I bought the s8 that night. He deserves a shout-out, for being awesome at his job. T-mobile is lucky to have such an asset!

I usually love to come and love my T-Mobile service along with T-mobile Tuesday freebies. But it seems a drag now, having to wait 40 plus minutes for assistance after told to wait for 10 minutes seems ridiculous ( 3 workers). I'm tired after a long day at work, please get more help!

The store is always clean.  The staff has been quite helpful in times of need. Great customer service.  I've used their service for over 12 years!

My note 5 would not connect to the Internet. I took my phone there to see if they could figure out what was going on it. The salesman did not offer very much help at all. He refused to call tech support when I asked him to and told me that tech support could not fix my phone. Then he tried to sale me an accessory even though my phone wasn't working!!! I left and called T mobile  technology support. Tech support found that my phone sim card had been deactivated and my account had been compromised!!! Tech support reactivated my sim card and helped me make my account secure!! I don't appreciate the poor service and unwillingness to solve my problem because he wasn't making a sale!!! This is unacceptable!!!
