Rude,unprofessional and lazy staff. Especially the little short tattooed idiot that doesn't even know T-Mobile   exchange policy,and was just too lazy to process the paperwork. My suggestion,go flip burgers because you suck at what you do now

Very personable and helpful employees. 
I am a truck driver and needed a phone immediately and both employees working there helped me and went above and beyond their normal duties to do so. I have always liked T-Mobile service and it's good to know that I have a phone with good service and a store close to me with helpful employees.
