The employees were very helpful, especially Jarod at Best Buy in Stillwater. They were unable to order the laptop I originally wanted, and not allowed to sell the floor model, even though they couldn't order any more of that model. Jarod helped me to find another brand which had the features I was looking for in a laptop for my geneaology work.

The employees were overly friendly. But, that's a GOOD thing. Nearly everybody that we walked by asked if we needed assistance. We were able to purchase the products that we wanted and have all questions answered. Great visit!

Best Buy sales associates are very knowledgeable, helpful, & patient with their customers. The selection of merchandise is excellent, too.

The staff has always been helpful, but not pushy. Many prices are competitive with online retailers. Open-box items are often a very good deal.

BAD customer service. I called and the guy hang up after learning I'm looking for something he doesn't have in stock right at the time. He only care if he can sell a thing instantly, not helping a customer to navigate the options.
