The layout of this store is nice and clean. Staff was great. I was asked at least 5 times if I needed any help in the short amount of time I was there. Had a hard time deciding on the item I was getting and ended up being in the about 10 minutes past closing and no reps were aggravated by it. Nice people in here.

Came the night of the ice storm and all the staff were still extremely helpful despite I'm sure wanting to go home for both New Years Eve and due to the ice. Each staff member I spoke with took their time to answer my questions and were knowledgeable in their departments! For the most part every trip iv e taken up to this location the staff have been friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable, it also is the Apple certified store location which is important to distinguish it from the Airport Rd location!

Google told me that Best Buy sold sombreros but when I called the store they don’t even sell anything but electronics and such. I’m deeply disappointed. They should make a small section in the back left corner and make it all sombreros. Or even in the back right corner near the bathrooms. I’d definitely buy more electronics and a sombrero. Thank you.

Customer service was very helpful with assisting me on my trade out.  Quickly helped me get the new headphones from the case once I found which ones I wanted to go with. Also it was the only store in the area I was able to find a screen protector for the Samsung gear s3 watch

Typical big box store. Employees may try to help but but have very limited product training. The employee stationed at the entrance often does not even look up as you leave the store much less say Thank you. I did purchase a large TV on Black Friday at a good price but I had to do my own research. Best Buy is nothing more than a local fulfillment center.
