Hhgregg is a great place to shop if you want to be taken care of by the staff. Unless it is really busy or short-staffed you can get someone to help you as soon as you enter. You can use their pricematch center to get the lowest price without much research of your own. They also guarantee lowest price for 30 days against their sales.

Price matching is a nice feature, delivery arranged for the next day, helpful staff.

Store has completely turned around! All new management all new employees. The staff is knowledgeable about products now! They price match everything and beat all prices from Lowes, Home Depot, Best Buy, etc. Plus you can still haggle for a lower price. This is the only place I buy electronics, kitchen, bedding, etc. In all ofAsheville. A+++.

WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE. HAVE EXPERIENCED THIS TYPE OF SERVICE IN DEVELOPING COUNTRIES. ORDERED 4 KITCHEN APPLIANCES AFTER A PREMEASUREMENT CONSULT. 2 OUT OF 4 DID NOT FIT. 1/4 DELAYED DELIVERY. REORDERED. NO CONFIRMATION CALL FOR DELIVERY. FIND OUT INSTALLATION NEVER SCHEDULED WITH INSTALLER. SO ALL I HAVE AFTER 10 DAYS OF GIVING HHGREGG CHANCE AFTER CHANCE IS 1 OUT OF 4 APPLIANCES.

My experience with hh gregg is terrible. We bought an expensive surround sound. Hasn't worked since the beginning. They sent it to be fixed. 51 days later we received it back. Now worse than before. Sent it off once again. Still waiting. Only thing from hh gregg is that they are sorry. Terrible customer service. Will never shop there again!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
