Great no hassle shopping!  No other shoppers in sight, quick no lines check out.  Only problem was half empty shelves and disorganized departments

I know this is hard to believe but no registers were open except customer service and they told customers they were closing their register too. Prices are hard to find on many items. I wasn't told that I had $17 in Kmart rewards that I could have used until after the transaction. I would hate to loose this Kmart because it is so convenient to where we live, but I feel like it's just a matter of time before all of the Kmarts are closed.

Horrible.  I don't think many expect a great experience from Kmart anymore, but, we should be able to expect a simple "Thank you", from the cashier,  ESPECIALLY when the customer thanks the cashier 1st.  Three customers in a row thanked the cashier...nothing at all from her...not even a smile.  Minutes, hours, months before the big K is no more?

The store was in disarray. Medicine products were all over the shelf. You couldn't tell the price. Got to the register with a pair of shoes. Wrong price on them. Didn't purchase them.  The last rang the merchandise up with no tape. Had to go to customer services to get a receipt. Not a good experience. Will not be back here.

That place is pretty dirty, the price labels are all mixed up, and their stock was nearly empty. The only upside is the prices. That floor probably hasn't been waxed since the place was built, the shelves and register stations were in disrepair, and their selection of technology/furniture/office supplies were very lacking.
