Some employees are nice and helpful. Most (mainly the ones on the floor) are pretty rude. I shop here very frequently, always spend a couple of hundred dollars every trip. Most employees act like it's a huge inconvenience to do anything. If there were any other locations closer to me, id not step foot back into this one. Good location, ok prices. Just some of the employees need to be reminded that not everyone is trying to steal or be rude. I always walk In go straight to what I need proceed to checkout. Sometimes I'll check the clearance sections. I'd really rather not have to go in this store but no where else around here sells what I need.

I have always had someone knowledgably help me when i was looking for something. Although most of the time I can find what I am looking for, if I look like I am trying to find something a sales representative will stop and ask if they can help. Love shopping here.

The Geek Squad is awesome. I bought the one-year program where I can bring my stuff back anytime for tech support or upgrades and they have done a great job Everytime. I've been back three times to do upgrades and fixes to my laptop in twice with my son's desktop. Satisfied every time.

I was so impressed with geek squad.  They went out of their way to help me out.  I pay for geek squad services annually, and I am glad I do.   Make sure to schedule an appointment.  Make sure you are on time, they stick to allotted times.   They are very curtious.

This is a smaller Best Buy in the Sandhills. Amazingly compared to my local Best Buy it is much easier to find a television and compare sizes. The salesperson was knowledgeable on the features and brands. I bought a memory card and was able to check out easily with a friendly cashier. I recommend this if you are in the vicinity of Pinehurst.
