For my first time buying a car from a dealership, this place was great! Justin was awesome to work with and they were very patient helping me figure out a fair price for both my trade in and Tacoma I was purchasing. The whole time I felt the staff was transparent and helpful.

Unfortunately, I have to give at least 1 star to leave a review. My minivan had a recall that this dealership had to fix. Great. They said it'd only be a 24 hour ordeal. Great. Until it wasn't so great. The 1 day fix turned into them keeping my vehicle for over two weeks. No kidding. Turns out whatever they were trying to fix turned into more problems that they didn't inform us of unless we called asking for the status and what was going on. I finally get my vehicle back to find that the sunroof no longer works and the interior lights no longer work. Pinehurst Toyota acknowledged that this was their fault, but REFUSE to fix it. Absolutely ridiculous customer service. They picked my vehicle back up today for other incomplete problems and the vehicle they bring me can't even fit my 4 kids, wreaks of the smell of cigarettes, and has a low tire pressure warning. We will never, ever be using this place again; even if the services were free.

I am not happy with their service department! Everytime I take my car in I'm always there for at least 2 hours sometime up to 4. What's worse is I always have an appointment. It should not take that long to do an oil change or put tires on. They need a better system. I'll never purchase another car care package again! It's so inconvenient. I mean who has all day to just sit and wait.

Great price and NO HAGGLING!!!! I enjoyed purchasing from Pinehurst Toyota! Our salesperson was Mr. Jo Paragili was very knowledgeable and courteous. Not once did we feel pressured to purchase, and to be honest we were never asked anything other than, "Can we show you this truck?" (Since the truck we were interested in had already been sold). All of the team members were friendly, and a special thanks goes out to Andy (sales manager), Jeff, Orion, Chris, and Mr. Charles.
