because Carter was very helpful and patient and I will tell all of my friends to go to him if they need to buy a cell phone or if they need any help with getting their phone set up.  He is very outgoing and doesn't act like he is trying to get rid of you or if he is annoyed with you.

Walked in to get an issue with my stupid iPhone looked at. It had a broken screen and wouldn't pick up signal.  Carter Fitchett went WAY above and beyond to help me out; he helped me with troubleshooting and displayed exceptional patience, calling tech support for me and digging deep into the problem.  He was never pushy and seemed solely concerned about resolving my problem.  When I decided I needed/wanted a new non-iphone, he exhausted every means necessary to save me as much money as possible.  If you go into the store for something, I implore you to go straight to him.  If you need to, wait.

Rude! Does not value the customer. Called the store on 12/4 @ 10:20am with a simple question and because what she was explaining to my elderly friend, the rep. responded with a nasty attitude l. Better training in this area is necessary

Spent 30 minutes in store, no one could figure out phone problem, finally they told me I needed a new phone.
