Visiting this Best Buy Mobile in the mall has been probably the best experience I could ask for. Daniel, the Assistant Manager, was very knowledgeable and helpful when it came to making sure I was on the best plan for my needs. He also went above and beyond making sure my account was updated properly and my new phones were ready for use before I left. I never expected to use a third party to upgrade my phone or add a line, but Daniel made it super easy and did so with a smile. Thank you!

I drove 90 miles to take care of an issue.  Chris the manager was amazing.  I could not have asked for a better experience.  The store was very busy, but the employees tried their best to make everyone feel like they were the only customer.  It was obvious that some people in the store were simply "time wasters", but they still were treated with respect.  I have nothing but fantastic things to say about this store.

I went to this store hoping to exchange a phone I had bought during black Friday for a different color. It was a week since then and after waiting in line for more than 40 minutes I ended up leaving because these guys don't accept exchanges because I had bought my phone during black Friday.

Nowhere on the receipt or on best buy's main site did it say they reject exchanges because of this deal. And to add insult to injury, the employees at this particular store gave me high hopes saying I could exchange my phone only to find out at the last minute I couldn't because their computer "says so." Also they wanted $100 from me if I wanted to exchange! What nonsense!

The people here are incompetent. Avoid this place. Useless!
