Took a payment out of our bank account last month without our authorization. When we called to ask why the so called manager Jackie claimed we signed up for it when we made the purchase online to take out automatic payments on our paydates. Paydate wasn't even correct and she's claiming we signed up for that. What a bunch of BS because I read what I signed up for and made sure nothing was automatic, I'm not dumb! But Jackie stuck to her story even though she knows she's wrong.. How do you treat customers like that? Bad customer service coming from a manager. I'll be writing an email to the Better Business Bureau to report this store. I've done business with Aarons before purchased couches, beds, coffee table but by far this was the worst experience I've had from them. 12/2/17 After getting no help from anyone not even the Regional Manager Greg or Craig I am returning their item. No where on my contract does it say we signed up for auto payment, I even confirmed this with their corporate office so after talking to Greg/Craig, he gave us every excuse in the book about them taking a payment without my authorization. He had a lie to every question I had this shows where this store gets it from. Someone should look into this store and what they are doing to their customers. I called another Aarons to ask if they were allowed to do that and they flat out said no, they aren't. To the response below, you gave me no responding emails to send you my information.

THe staff is nice, but his is probably the worst quality I have ever had. I have done a ton of business with the Aaron's in Utah and never had issues, first I get the dryer and it doesn't work so they take it back say I am getting a new one at no extra cost than bring a used one with a torn up dryer vent. I am sure they would have replaced it if I asked but why would I when they just keep brining me broken parts. The only reason it got 2 stars is because the staff is courteous.

These people are the worst! Karina has zero customer service skills. She will treat you like you should be happy to even walk in her store. I moved in to my new place on a Friday. I went to Aarons on Serene to buy a couch. From the second I walked in she made me feel unwanted in the store. I bought a couch anyway only to find out they would not deliver till the following Tuesday. I agreed with the delivery day anyways. The day prior to delivery I notified Karina that I would be working but maintenance would setup the elevator for moving the couch in on Tuesday. I also let Karina know my maintenance would only be there till 5pm. Karina assured me I would be first delivery that day and the delivery men start at 3pm. I live less than 4 miles from the Aarons store on Serene. The delivery men decided to take their lunch at 3pm! and did not make it to my apartment until 5:15pm. Of course maintenance for my complex was gone by then. Absolutely the worst company to do business with.

Miguel has the best customer service in Vegas! If you want a good deal and friendly staff go to Eastern and Serene and ask for Miguel!!!
