The prices are very competitive, and they seem to have a good selection in stock.  Also, I submitted a question through the website about the shipping method of my order after it shipped, and I got a very professional and courteous response from Michael Malone almost right away.  He had already looked in to my order and was very helpful.  My order also shipped same-day, which was within about 4-5 hours, which is great.

The online store front feels pretty old school, and is definitely not up to par with the competition.  This is also true for the email notifications, etc.  For example, I was asked to give feedback and the link at the bottom of the email directed me here.  If Outlet PC wants my feedback publicly,  that's fine with me, but it seems a bit odd and continues the early 2000s feeling to the experience.  I also did not see product reviews or ratings on the mobile site,  which was inconvenient.  Perhaps I missed it, but if it's there it didn't feel very obvious to me.

Overall it has been a good experience thus far and I will use Outlet PC again, but I think they need to spend some money on their storefront to bring it up to date.

Initially I had a bad experience but that was not their fault. FedEx screwed me and proved they care more about money than their customers. OutletPC on the other hand made the situation better. After my initial experience and their customer service being helpful and understanding, I decided to purchase more computer parts from them. The second experience was flawless and quick. They have a loyal customer now. Keep it up guys!

These guys are amazing. They helped me over the phone get what i needed for my son, actually talked me through the entire process of ordering and shipping. They stand by their products, their customer service is awesome, and they sell some of the best computer equipment money can buy. A 5 star company in my book, thanks for all the help, if you choose this company for your parts you wont be disappointed.

I used PC Part Picker to locate the items I needed for my first PC build.  I had a total of 13 items total, 7 of which came from you.  Just goes to show I think you had very competitive prices compared to others, including Newegg and Amazon.  I understand the reason for signature being required upon delivery, but since I work all day and no one is home to sign for delivery, I wish there was a way to sign a disclaimer that removes the requirement to sign for the delivery and that I will take full responsibility if my delivery is stolen.  I agree with an earlier reviewer, I think requests for reviews should at least wait until after the package is delivered, but the experience overall has been great regardless.  Thanks!

It was really easy to maneuver in the site to get what I needed and it was easy to order. My only complaint and thus my reason for 3 stars is that I have no idea about what state my order is in. The link they provide for the confirmation order only says that it has been shipped. When I ordered it the site said it would take 4-10 business days. For myself, personally, I like to track the status of my order to know when exactly I'm going to get. Its coming through the USPS and we all know how reliable they can be. A  link to the tacking order would be great or just an estimate on a more exact date would be an improvement. Especially since I live across the country in NC.
