This location ROCKS!  Go here for your Best Buy phone needs. Great service and hardly ever a wait for service.

NO STARS! DON'T COME HERE! WORST PLACE TO GET A PHONE! Scaming ppl by selling used phones as new phones & having no shame even thou phone had game apps which could not b downloaded unless the phone was previously used. Their supposed techs from best buy r a joke cant even fix phone had to go someplace else that was actually respectable. FYI just go on the the profiles from positive reviews clearly not real customers more than likely employees or friends. Theres a reason theres never a wait at this store.

Well rounded employees; answered every technical question and was persistent that I leave the store a satisfied consumer.
