I ordered a purse and had it ship to the store because I thought it would be easier. Once the 7 days was up I tried to call the store to make sure my package was there before I went to pick up. I received no answer so I called back and again I received no answer. I called about 10 times and each time I received no answer. I know the store gets busy but for someone so hear the phone right for about 30 mins and not one single person answered the phone that is a little ridiculous. I learned my lesson and I will never shipping to there store again and will just pay a little extra to ship to my house.

I went here today to make a purchase using my new credit card.  I don't have the physical card yet but as with any store I shop at i was sure they could look me up.  Surprise surprise they said they couldn't. So i called the credit card company and they said it could have been looked up in the store.  So i called Forever 21 at Chicago ridge mall and a guy told me over the phone that my account should have been looked up.  Its making me wonder why did these ladies quickly say they couldn't.  I will be back tomorrow and they gone feel this black girl magic.

The clothes there are wonderful and the salesclerk Genesis was very helpful and knowledgeable about the clothes.It was a pleasure shopping there.

My experience here was great! The manager here helped me save some time by letting me know in advance if the things I was buying would be going on sale the next day. Sure enough they weren't, but she gave me a 15% discount for my trouble. I wish I could remember her name. They have really good prices as it is already, so my shopping experience was very enjoyable and I was able to find what I needed. I will return at a later date because my customer experience there was memorable.
