Overall This Place Is "Ok" But... I Would Like If They Had More Marvel Select Action Figures And Marvel Legends.

This place is like a zombie version of K.B.Toys. Why? Well, apart from the fact that they're both mall based toy stores, this place sells some pretty bad toys, compared to what K.B. used to sell back when it was around. Sure, there are some okay dolls and plushies that would cater to some, but for the most part, all they mostly sell is just stuff from 2012 or 2013, at least for what they offer for some franchises. I.e. if you want a Spider-Man action figure, you might end up getting a toy from The Amazing Spider-Man, and it's not even a poseable action figure, but instead a small sculpt of the character that's better off as a birthday cake topper. What about Power Rangers? If Megaforce came out in 2013, then maybe they might have the 4 inch action figures or even a Megazord or a Morpher; instead, all you can get are just some plushes that might be neat, but they can show the company's lack of any public relations. Star Wars? Just some fairly new Hot Wheels cars with character themes, but I'm sure kids would want to but an actual Darth Vader or Rey action figure than just Star Wars themed cars. The games they sell are fine, but some of them are obscure knockoffs of other games like Monopoly, and there are Mario plushes are nice, but they're nothing new. The ones I'm too confused as to why they decided to get are bootleg Lego toys (called BlockTech) and bootleg Transformers (some of them are called The Changeable Robot), the kind that contain upscaled Legends figures from a line called Transformers: Cybertron or horribly made new molds that are painted to look like Bumblebee from the movies. What baffles me is that they decided to chose these toys instead of getting their official counterparts (they have some Mega Bloks sets, but they only had the Legendary Megazord). Are they to cheap to get stock from Hasbro or The Lego Group? Well, it appears that they are, as they have generic, cheaply made ninja multi packs and car sets. The worst part is that the employees are barely there. I can see why since the the day I went there, I was the only customer there before a family of three entered the place, but there are only two employees working there, and they don't even acknowledge my presence compared to other store employees at least greeting me when I enter. That might sound weird, but it's like the employees don't even care about working there. They're always distracted and forget that they have jobs to do. I also saw someone posting on Facebook about how their service was, saying how poor their employees work, and given how their page seems to be full of egotism when it comes to public relations (i.e. barely sharing news with their followers, or lack thereof.), they really can't hide much behind their cutesy mask full of candies and ponies. Parents, if you plan on going to this toy store, thinking that there might be something worth getting for your kids, don't bother. Go to a real store and buy them real toys. Get them a real Bumblebee or a better looking Barbie doll from more competent stores like Target or Toys R Us, even if they might be a little more expensive. If you want to get them a Lego Avengers set from 2012 or a Batman from The Dark Knight Rises, buy them that from Amazon or eBay, where they might be at a suggested retail price depending on the seller. Don't feed your money to stores like these, especially if they'll ignore a kid crying when they open their Ninja Warrior present, only to have it break as soon as they try to take it out of the package.
