Literally worst customer service I've ever received over the phone, the woman Carolina or whatever her given name is it's a rude loud nasty and disgusting human being based solely on how she treats customers over the phone. She doesn't allow you to finish talking and gets ridiculously upset when you ask her to please repeat what she says because it's hard to understand her, she yells at you and refuses to listen when you try to explain because she simply doesn't have time to according to her, I don't know for the life of me how she is still in that position because I am not the only one with this complaint. I learned about this insurance company through friends who have all gone to other companies because of the terrible customer service they get from this women on the phone, now it's my turn because I've had it.

Carolina Rodgriguez is a plague to this company. She lacks professionalism, compassion, and frankly common sense. If Raul, the company owner, cherished what he's worked so hard for since 1993 he would fire this incompetent employee. Please reach out to me so I can share the details of my experience if anyone cares. My policy is up for payment July 14th and without contact from management I have zero intention of renewing. It is not coincidence the only negative reviews specifically mention this woman. Thanks for reading if you've made it this far, and if you're a "prospective" customer DO NOT USE BCI UNTIL CAROLINA IS NO LONGER EMPLOYED
