They used a computer to see what kind of shoes were best for me. The salesman spent at least an hour letting me try different brands/styles of the type of shoes I needed for my feet. We finally found a pair that I liked and I have been wearing them for months. My feet no longer hurt after a long day at work. The shoes were more expensive than I usually buy but they have lasted 4x as long and are really good for my feet. I recommend this store to all my friends because they really take the time to make sure you get a properly fitted shoe for the type of stride and support needs that you have.

Over prices with poor customer service if you have a problem with a product. I attempted to return a pair of shoe that were barely worn and had started coming apart at the sole and on the sides. The sales guy acted like he didn't trust me even though he had found me in the computer. Even though I did not have a receipt he substantiated my story as being true and he would not make an exchange without the manager. If the manager is the only one who can make a decision then the manager should be there. If he needed a manager approval then why did he bother looking in the computer for my information? A $115 pair of New Balance shoes owned less than 4 months and not worn at all during the winter should not be falling apart, especial considering the fact that i do not run and only wear the shoes a couple hours a day. Yet the employee would not exchange the shoe. Buy here at your own peril.
