Went in there twice and no-one helped me. The first time I waited for about 15 minutes and no-one came out. The second time someone saw me then went to the back and never returned. So I took my business to a different dance store, and they were so nice and helped me in every way they could. I was really disapointed because I had heard such great things about showbiz.

Excellent store! The staff is very sweet, educated and helpful, & the selection is like no other. I always recommend this place to family and friends. A must go to place for any dancer.

As soon as I walked in the store, it smelled like that old shoe smell and I should have known then that my experience would stink. If all you do is want to spend your money they seem much obliged to take it, however if you have a special circumstance which requires attention apparently the employees are not empowered to help. I was told "I can't help you only maybe the owners" and "I can't tell you when they will be here." Basically they "can't" care less about my issue. Needless to say I flipped out as I felt the employee "Kathleen" delivered such poor customer service that she deserved my tirade. (I later apologized) My situation... I purchased an overpriced 17dollar pair of tights that had a run in it from an errant string after wearing it once for an hour or so. I expect more durability than that for a pair of $17.00 tights. The next time I will go to Target where if you purchase a defective item they will at the very least exchange it with no need to call corporate headquarters. I will never return and they "can't" do anything about it.

Kathleen is the best she always helps me when I am in a hurry to get to the studio. I have been shopping here for all my dance needs since I was a child myself. I wouldn't go anywhere else! They are so on top of what studios need what. I just go in tell them I go to Encore Dance Center and what classes I am in or my daughter and they look it up so I know I am getting what I need on the first trip!!
