How do I give this store negative star rating? It's has cute souvenirs but we had a horrible experience! My mother wanted to buy a cute purse that had a $14 price Tag on it. When she went to pay the staff said it was $20! The staff said that someone mislabeled it and that she had to pay $21 with tax. My mom was confused and caught off guard but paid and was upset about the "bait and switch". As my mom was leaving she was so upset that she went back and asked for a refund...."sorry no refunds!". The staff were so rude and snarky. They kept trying to show us other purses that were $20 to prove to us that the purse we wanted was not $14 when it had a price tag the was $14! We were so upset and disappointed with how rude the staff were when it was an employees mistake for mislabeled merchandise.

My daughters loved this place. So much to choose from. They have a little girl’s section with jewelry that fits them. The stuff is inexpensive too. $5 for a necklace is pretty good.

Lots of beachy stuff and jewelry.  I try to avoid going here as my wife will spend hours here and our vacation money.  It's a step up from the tacky tourist beach shops.
