This store is the BEST.  I buy my Pandora here, and I will say that the customer service here is outstanding.  All the staff are knowledgeable, friendly and helpful.  The managers are the sweetest couple, and they go above and beyond to accommodate.  If they are out of a certain charm, they will get it for you, hold it, and call you promptly when it’s in stock.  You can’t go wrong doing business here.  They have many lines of jewelry, clothing and bags for sale....Simply Southern, Brighton, Alex &Ani, etc.

Serendipity. This store is located at naples mall (1976 Tamiami trail north naples 34102) i bought a pandora bracelet not long ago , worst experience i have ever had in a jewelry store, thers is 4 employees at that location, none of them as any costumer service skills , they don't know any of the company promotions, really bad actitude , i came back to exchange the bracelet and Xiomara who was the person who barley helped me told me that wasn't an option, came up with an excuse after you purchase cant return or exchange it , not considering she was the same person who talked me into buying the wrong size. Today i came back to the store to clean my wife's already small bracelet, they took my phone number to call me after the cleaning process was done in about 15-20 min , witch one hour later when i came back wasn't done , didn't even get an apology, if - stars were an option ill choose -5 stars.

Visite Esta tienda en Coastland Mall en Naples, tiene una decoración con muy buen gusto. Además de su gran servicio al cliente y excelentes ofertas.
