Great customer service ! , was having problems trying to understand how pawning works & Jessenia was very helpful on helping me understand it a bit better. Also took her time to show me things around the store and was very sweet and nice and I didn't feel like I was being rushed. Felt welcome since I first came in and the moment I left the store!! Did not exactly find what i was looking for but was very pleased with the great customer service , as soon as i walked in i was greeted with a nice big smile from the first employee i saw , her name was jessinia , she took me around and showed me all available items that matched what i was looking for she was very knowledgeable & helpful. i will be coming back for other items as long as all employees are as helpful as jessinia.

Went in to pawn some jewelry, they have me a great amount for it and were very friendly and efficient, will be going back again. Highly recommended.

Jessenia is amazing she attended me with manners and was very polite at all times and she would smile i was very pleased with her and I will tell all my friends to go there and recommend them to jessenia

Really great staff for the most part. The lady manager is always helpful and considerate. Really seems like she knows what she's doing. The others are nice too. I go there often cuz my kids break my things often :/ bought a laptop and it works like new! Was $400 and got it for almost half, I mean come on. The place is kinda small but it's a good experience nonetheless. Parking blows! >.
