I would absolutely use Hammond Plumbing again in the future. I called last second on a Monday to help with a minor kitchen plumbing issue and they were quick to respond. I then had them back late in the week to re-connect a few things in my kitchen. After a minor miscommunication regarding the timing of their last visit, Simon on their management team was quick to take over and make sure things were rectified. Minor issue -
 yes, but it was handled perfectly. Their technician Colton (I think that was his name) was also fantastic while here, especially since it was a job at 6pm on a Friday night. You can see why this company has a proven history of continued success. Thanks for everything!

GET AN ESTIMATE!  To be fair we asked in advance for a ball park and the answers varied from $400 to $1000  Get the bill for 3 hours of labor including the installer going back to the office to GET gas line - even though we had clearly described the job over the phone, and 20 minutes for the tech to write up the work order.  This was a simple job moving a stove to a new location and updating from copper line, in an unfinished basement!  They claim the gastite line is $14.75 a foot- total over $600 in parts alone.   really wish i shopped around, i thought such a simple job could not be more then $500

I don't normally leave many reviews, but thought this one was well-deserved. Excellent service both from the service department/dispatch and plumber Riley. My mom's water pipe burst a day before she left for her sister's funeral in the US. It was a very stressful time to say the least. I live in a different city than my mom and it was not possible for me to be there in person. The burst pipe happened on the weekend, but we dealt with the emergency shutoff and clean up of the water first through a restoration company to minimize the damage. While my mom was in the US, I made phone calls and had another family member open the door to my mom's home. The communication between all parties was smooth and the burt pipe was taken care of quickly and at a good price--not to mention that they accommodated our schedules to come after work hours. Thank you for the great and professional service!

We had Hammond Service Tech come to our house to fix our furnace that shut off. They were quick to come and look at it (Same day call). The guy was professional and friendly. Gave us piece of mind for the cold winter months.

I can't say enough good things about this company. We have used them on several occasions and they are excellent. Recently we had a small issue happen unrelated to  the plumbing work they were doing that was immediately fixed and to my surprise, one of the owners, Paul Hood showed up at my house to ensure I was satisfied and happy with the job. What a nice man.  This is a family run business that truly cares about their reputation.  They offer very refreshing "old school" work ethics. Thank you Paul, Mark and Rob for a job well done.
