We had a backed up toilet late on a Sunday so we called Drain Rescue first thing Monday morning (July 11th).  They scheduled us for that afternoon between 3 and 4pm.  At 2.45pm they called and said that they would be about 1 hour late.  At 3.30pm, they called again and said that they could no make it until the next day.  This forced us to cancel the service call and find someone else to come in that evening.  
we did find an emergency service but were charge an after hours fee because of the lateness of our call...I'm not sure if the scheduling is done from a central call centre or the local office, but whatever the case, they have poor planning and scheduling.  I can't comment on the work as we never had it done.

excellent. fast service, called with a backed up drain at 9 am and the problem was solved by noon. Terry did a great job!
