They sold us toxic flooring two years ago. Our two children have been crawling on it since we installed it, apparently exposed to 3x the recommended formaldehyde limits. The CDC says that up to 30 people out of 100,000 will likely develop cancer due to this flooring. I called them to ask what they were prepared to do, and was offered an air quality kit (which I'd already asked for). I said I wanted to get the flooring out of my house and get something safe in there, but he refused to offer me even a slight discount, even going so far as to say that he would be fine with his own children having this flooring. Avoid at all costs everyone, it's not worth it.

I received the worst customer service from Mgr. Chad Bevin! M-F 9-6pm. Save yourself time and aggravation and go to another branch. He doesn't try to help you with your problem, just turns his back on you. My employee and I were treated poorly. I can't deal with people that are ignorant, rude and have no manners. You are better off calling corporate direct or another store.

We've bought wood flooring from this location several times over the past 5 yrs. we've always gotten great service, excellent advise, and the best prices!!

We recently purchased hardwood floors for the second floor of our home. We purchased them in NY to make sure we got them in time for the New Year's deal. We had them shipped to our furture home in PA and Chad was great about making sure they were appropriately dropped off and he handled the logistics for us. Great service!
