I have never felt so rushed in my life.  Ordered Tile from Julie for one bath, and took home samples for master bath.  Came back hoping to speak with Julie again, she was helping another customer.  Got another women don't know her name, because she never introduced herself.  She rushed me, acted like I was taking to long to make a decision on grout and told me that the grout color really didn't matter.  ???  really??? I told her I disagreed.  I was planning on trying to pick out tiles for our master bath, but this women didn't want to give me the time of day.  Decided to try the place in Henrietta....Wow.....incredible experience....dropped 4000.00 
(with an unexpected 20%) You lose best tile.....I will never be back.

Got an unexpected call from the manager.  it was so refreshing that he took the time to call me, genuinely concerned about my experience.  thank you Ralph for reaching out to me.  Next time I'll come right to you!!

Great selection and prices but horrible customer service from Veronica rushed us made us feel like we were idiots and recommend asking for another service rep she was a horrible rep and bad negatives vibes worse experience e I ever had.

We are first time builders. On the recommendation of two of our contractors, we have been working specifically with Jacqui Brown of Best Tile, Rochester, NY during the past 9 months. She has assisted us in every way to choose tile for 4 bathrooms, foyer and kitchen backsplash. Jacqui has been totally professional, courteous, and pleasant to work with. We have been able to see her by appointment and have had several telephone contacts. 
Jacqui has always given us all the time and suggestions we have needed to finally make the correct choices, which are often a challenge. Her skill and knowledge of the many different tile choices in the store has enabled her to quickly pick out selections to complement our color scheme ideas, building on them to our total satisfaction for a successful outcome. We have been totally satisfied with Jacqui's work and highly recommend her services.
