This store is amazing, fantastic birds and very nice employees but when it comes to grooming you can never get an appointment, when you purchase a bird from them the grooming is free on Saturday's but you can NEVER get an appointment, you can try to get an appointment during the week when they do grooming but you will have to pay $13.00 and you can not even get in during the week. Grooming is an important part of having a bird but you can never get in to get your bird groomed and there are no other local places that do it. I don't know why they do not hire more people or open grooming up to more nights a week so that you can take proper care of your bird. That is the most frustrating part about this store, other than that it is fantastic. So if you want a bird and want to train yourself on how to groom them, then this is the place for you but if you do not know how to groom your bird and you are going to count on them to do it, them I suggest you look elsewhere.

There is no better place to go for exotic birds. Paul and his staff know the ins and outs of owning and raising birds. All birds are hand raised by Paul. There is literally nothing this guy doesn't know about the care of birds. They also carry bird cages,playgrounds,food and more. Don't buy until you give them a try.

Absolutely beautiful birds but omg the owner on the other hand is just extremely rude and obnoxious! Looking over your should like you're about to steal his garbage. I would not even give him a one star!

This store probably has the best customer service I have ever experienced. Every single staff member has in-depth knowledge and was able to answer every question we had without hesitation. They also talk about their own birds, which shows how much they personally enjoy birds and have extensive experience with them. An amazing store I highly recommend.

There is no other place to get your avian supplies very knowledgeable people. And the best selection of bird toys, and cages, and quality food and treats. They also offer wing clipping services by appointment.
