Took my order and payment for paint to be shipped to store, but weeks later still had not delivered. They never called me to tell me it was out of stock. Told me I could drive to the Buffalo store if I wanted, but that they couldn't ship it from there. Very poor customer service.

Called this day 5/23/2018 @1037am to ask for supplies. Lady confirmed she had supplies. Went at 1130 am and there is none , hasn’t had any nor wouldn’t be expected any in the future. Shopping online for now on. Customer service sucks.

Everyone at West Marine is helpful.  They are very good at finding engine parts and obscure sailboat parts.
