This company is just amazing! They showed up 10 minutes at least and called the day before to check with us to make sure everything was planned and we didn't need anything else. They worked and treated our belongings and furniture like it was their own... We would use them again!

Hired this co. to move our apartment from DC to NJ over a 2 day period as both apartments had 9-5 move in / out hours. Andrey and his team were delayed on the move out due to weather but they made up for it and worked hard to move us out in time. They were careful and got us moved in the next day with nothing broken or damaged. Andrey was responsive prior to the move with questions and getting our move in building the requested insurance certificate. Very professional, reasonably priced and nice guys. Can't ask for more. Highly recommended. Glad I went with my gut and took a chance with them.

Shopped around for movers in the northern Virginia area via yelp and was very fortunate to find Best Universal Movers. They were more than reasonable with pricing and had no hidden fees or unpleasant surprises. They stuck to their quote and came on time. As for the move, Andrew and John came with a huge truck and they used shrink wrap for my furniture because it was raining and also used blankets to wrap up my more delicate furniture. Since my quote was per hour, the worrier in me was concerned that they would take their time and drag their feet, but Andrew and John were not only quick but you could tell they knew what they were doing. The highlight of the move was when my large sectional wouldn't fit the elevator to my new place and I almost started to panic, but then Andrew suggested using the stairs. Keep in mind that our place was on the 7th floor! So they somehow managed to take my couch up 7 flights of stairs without damaging anything. I couldn't believe how good these guys were. I am the type of person who would rather do the move by myself with the help of a few friends to keep moving costs low, but after this experience with Best Universal Movers, I will definitely be a repeat customer when it comes time to move again.

I'm a student and i move often. I had contacted other companies before and either got ripped off or scratches all over my furniture. My last experience with this company was huge contrast. This guys were on time, very clean fast and professional. Looking at the website and professionalism of their employees i thought they would be pricey, but surprisingly they were pretty affordable even for a student like me,Will recommend for sure.
