Older hotel but well kept and clean. We have stayed here on three different occasions and never had a problem. Would recommend to anyone looking for a place to stay while in Columbia.

I called the BW directly. Started to go through trip advisor but the guy who answered the phone with a heavy accent and just had difficulty understanding what I wanted. Sooo I called direct, Mr. Dee answered and I explained my need of a no smoking room and one so situated that I do not smell the cigarette smoke. He said no problem. I  then told him I was coming to see my 85 yr old mother with a  walker. We talked a bit more and I stated I'm coming from Texas to stay about 5 days. Dee was so understanding and courteous. I checked in on my arrival and Dee was there. Made sure I knew about the great breakfast of which it is, scrambled eggs, new potatoes lightly toasted in herbs, biscuits and gravy, beagles, yogurt, OJ,other jucies, waffles and of course coffee, hot coco etc. Just wonderful and hot. The breakfast room has a coffee bar and 3 tables with a full wall window, just so inviting. There is a computer in the lobby with a printer if needed. Dee has put done himself but can tell he's just got started. The rooms are so comfortable, pillows are My Pillows, beds are semi firm. 36 inch flat screen, cable TV with HD and lots of channels. 2 wonderful drink machines in the breeze way. Lots of night lite for security. Can't say enough about the cleanliness and crispness of linens and towels. Wonderful experience. B P

BEST PLACE we EVER stayed in!!! Room, Bathroom, Carpet, Beds, EVERYTHING was CLEAN. I REALLY can't EXPRESS how Totally Satisfied we were with this Place (Best Western in Columbia Kentucky). Kids also LOVED here, especially the Pool : ). We absolutely LOVED the Hot Tub...VERY CLEAN!!! The Continental Breakfast was more like eating at a Breakfast Buffet (Scrambled Eggs, Beacon, Sausage, Gravy, All Brands of Cereal, just TOO Much to Mention!). Staff were FABULOUS! We stayed 3 days...and I tell you, we did NOT want to leave : (  LOVE LOVE LOVE this PLACE!!! When hanging out at the Pool, We and other Guest could NOT Stop talking about how WONDERFUL this Place is. THANK YOU Best Western for a VERY PLEASANT STAY!!!!
