Stayed here over the past weekend, booked the same day over the phone and was able to stay for two nights at a great price. The beds are so comfortable big and plush, its very clean and check-in/out is a breeze. Every room has a balcony which is nice in the warmer months and you cant beat the location vs price vs other perks you get. We got dining vouchers and were able to walk to the majority of places due to it being so close to everything. We parked for $20/night and was able to snag a spot right outside our room. Very convenient, very polite and very willing to help. We will be back.

Best Western Fallsview is always a great place to stay!! It is easy walking distance to the Falls, Clifton Hill attractions and the Casino as well as many restaurants and bars. The staff is always so friendly also and make us feel welcome. The rooms have been renovated it seems and are always clean and comfortable. We'll be back for sure and highly recommend this hotel.

I had a good, and bad experience in the end. I'll explain both. The good: The person who checked me in was great! The room was clean, the place looked good, and the beds comfy. The bad: This is why I'm writing this review. At check-out time, I requested to have the tourism tax removed (every place has a different name for it). Hailey, the clerk at the desk began explaining why the tax was there. Since I heard a million people tell me what it's for a million times - I just told her "no I already know what it's for - I would just rather have it taken off". I had a calm, and cool tone of voice. Her response was this: "Well as I was saying before you rudely interrupted me - the fee is [insert tax reason], and next time you come in; we won't remove it because it was clearly stated on the papers, and you ignored it." In the end I enjoyed my experience, but considering I was paying money to stay at a hotel, and Hailey was being snarky like that in an attempt to "put me in my place" - The experience could best be described as a nice sundae with a rotten cherry on top. Great way to top off the vacation. I won't be returning. There are plenty of clean hotels in Niagara Falls, and Hailey doesn't work at any of them. Good riddance to her. EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER'S RESPONSE: The idea wasn't that I was angry about paying the tourism tax, idea is that I wasn't happy about how Hailey responded to to me. "Well as I was saying before you rudely interrupted me" When an employee is snarky, and uses a condescending tone; it affects the image of the company.

Great service. The room was decent and clean. It not at all a 5 star hotel but we knew that before checking in and had realistic expectations. The price was more than fair and the balcony was great to have too. We will for sure be back.

The front desk staff was polite & efficient. They provided us with Band-Aids and a toothbrush that we forgot to pack. The room was clean, well stocked with towels and toiletries. Excellent location. We walked to the falls, casino, restaurants, etc. Parking is $20 a d spots fill up fast, if you leave to go out, you may have a difficult time finding another parking spot. Really enjoyed the stay here.
