The rooms were clean, did not care for the breakfast, not worth the money. No staff helping clients use the waffle maker etc. No omelets, just dried up fried eggs for sandwiches. No ham. Most of the items were picked over even though we arrived in plenty of time before closing. Would skip the breakfast next time and eat at a drive through. Nothing much to drink either. Will stay at another next time, it's always worth the free breakfast at others.

This is a very relaxing hotel. The rooms are always clean. The bed is so comfortable. There are a lot of restaurants around the hotel. It's a home away from home.

Though the staff was friendly at first, complaints that are more than justified go under rug swept & not addressed & result in a bad attitude from staff. 

The rooms are ALWAYS dirty. I always have to complain & clean myself. The dining room is WAY too small thus making the free breakfast not worth the hassle unless you want to stand while eating. Sometimes the coffee maker works, sometimes the lamps work, sometimes there’s water pressure, sometimes there’s a drain in the shower. 

It’s ridiculous. I chose to come back again after a conversation with the manager & being assured these isssues would be eliminated & once again they are. And yet again, they did NOTHING. 

Horrible customer service. Filthy rooms. Not worth it.

We like this place for its proximity & ease to get in / out.
The rooms are also nice and spacious. The parking lot can seem to be a little crowded as the evening goes on. Quite a few large vehicles there too.

The breakfast is so so. Typical hotel fare, nothing special, but it's complimentary so no real complaint. It can get crowded all of a sudden in the breakfast area though as everyone gets down around the same time.

We liked the fact that we could have sex on a high floor facing the street, sun on our face & all.

I had a fantastic stay at this Best Western in Naperville!!! My room was gorgeous, my king size bed was amazingly comfortable, So much I didn't want to go home, And I had a HUGE marble hot tub just a few feet away from my bed. The hotel's WiFi was FREE and actually STAYED ON the my entire stay without dropping once! They provided free Direct TV, microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker. There is an indoor pool and a breakfast room and the food is delicious!! The hotel is next to a ton of restaurants, fast food, grocery store, lots of shopping around, and about 5 minutes to Downtown Naperville!!! Best Western's entire staff were incredibly nice and extremely helpful. I can't wait to go back! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel to everyone!!!
