We stayed from March 18 to the 19 2018.. when we first arrived the lady behind the counter gave us the key to room 126. However it was the wrong room my boyfriend opened the door and two big dogs ran at him. He used his book bag to protect him self. I went back to the front desk . As soon as I came in they said I'm so sorry I tired to catch you before you got to the room and I had to run back cause the dog came at her. Worst experience ever. I will not be staying here again. I had my dog with me but she is trained and not aggressive. The beds where tiny. They could of at least upgrade my room or comp the room . Someone could of been really hurt.

I have family in the area, and between weddings and holidays, I've stayed at this hotel several times over the past couple years. It's not the best quality hotel ever, but for what you're paying, it's very nice, clean, comfortable, and I've never had issues with heat like I saw in a couple of comments. My favorite part is that pets stay free! So I never have to worry about what I'll do with my pups. We had a little mishap when we stayed there for Christmas, where they confused my room and my brother's, but it was pretty easily solved. I also had to go back again within the week for a funeral- they gave me a room, I couldn't open the door with the key, so I went back to the front desk, and they quickly gave me a new room. So any small issues have always been quickly remedied.

Horrible horrible horrible place. The lady at the desk named Tyra was rude, evil and condescending and charged me for simply looking at the room to see if it was large enough to fit my family of 5. Which is was not. Only had 2 full beds. When i asked her why she did, hee response was I didn't charge you when it simply showed in my account that I had been charged for a 5 night stay for CHECKING THE ROOM SIZE! Her attitude was HORRIBLE! When I asked for a supervisor she told there was no supervisor willing to help me solve my issue. Many other guests had issues with her too! One guest came in asking if they had a laundry facility, her response was "Nope, sorry" (rolling her eyes. ) Another guest came in saying that her room key wouldn't work and the employee's response was, "Well it should work. Maybe you should get your cell phone away from the room key as you try to open the door". (Suggesting that the lady was an idiot). Stay away from this place. By the way, the rooms smell like smoke and aren't clean. We had to get our bank involved to get a refund.

This by far the worst hotel ever spent a lot of money here. Big liers the general manager Alan is a big joke. A lot of things goes on that you couldn’t imagine. I know this place inside out and I can tell you this very messy.

Checked in and right back out. Room had some sort of musty stale cigarette smell. Staff offered another room, went and checked it out and it was exactly the same. Staff was more than helpful, hotel was less than desirable. Room was modern and well decorated. Matress was broken down and the odor was overwhelming. Staff refunded my money on the spot and apologized.
