Stayed overnight with the kids, very clean hotel, excellent staff and customer service. Check in was very quick and convenient, young man at front desk was very nice and respectful. Room was clean and spacious, bathroom was also clean. Kids went to the pool plenty of towels and chairs. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of food for everyone, staff was walking around making sure every had what they needed. At some facilities you can tell if the top down management is working this is one of those places. We will be back

When I first arrived I saw a pool table in the lobby with some very drunk construction workers smelling of alcohol playing on it. The air ventilation system is exceedingly noisy here. My first room was so loud that I asked to be moved. So they did move me to a room on another floor. This room was as noisy as the first. It sounded like a loud toilet was continuously flushing all night long. Then in the morning people were waiting for the free breakfast and there were nothing but a few dirty poorly washed plates available. They served what seemed to be powdered scrambled eggs. The breakfast area counter was so crowded buy a decrepit wood chip filled out of service fountain that even, two thin people could not slip past each other. The overall quality of the food was evidenced by half full plates being set aside on the counter. The food was so substandard that it was hardly edible. And this is why I give this place my lowest rating.

My first room smelled like someone died in it so they let me change rooms. The rooms are way to hot and there is no way to change the thermostat. They gave me a fan but it did not help and you can't even open a window. Also except for the fresh do it yourself waffles the breakfast is inedible. The staff is trying but they have nothing to work with. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Not a very nice hotel anymore. I think I got the ripped up room, the curtains were ripped, the comforter was ripped and the sheets were ripped. Also, no thermostat for you to control and not able to open the window. It was clean, just old and in need of repair. The staff were friendly in person, but getting a reservation here was terrible, as soon as you say you want to stay, with no warning you are transferred to the reservation dept, not the hotel front desk. Reservations couldn't find my group rate, and it took 3 times of calling back the hotel before I got someone to talk to without transferring me. It didn't used to be like this, must be new management.

The location was ideal for a professional event at NIU Naperville. It is also located within walking distance of lots of restaurants. The accommodations were as expected and the continental breakfast was nice.
