This hotel is fabulous.  It is walking distance to lots of restaurants, including the best shave ice place ever!  The shuttle service is so convenient and the front desk staff is friendly and welcoming. I have stayed at lots of Best Westerns and this has been one of my favorites this year.  I also very much appreciated that the shuttle driver made an extra effort to the airport on time.

I had a reservation at a different hotel. Upon check-in, they told me they had over-booked and I didn't have a room. I had just flown in with my son who had surgery. I called Best Western, Russell offered to send a shuttle for me. I showed up 20 minutes later and was promptly booked into a convenient, comfortable room. He was very helpful and polite! The staff have all been very wonderful. I will use this hotel for all future needs!

Pretty nice hotel! Very modern look and very clean! The beds were very comfortable. Unfortunately we were not able to partake in the breakfast, but it appeared that there were many options. We would definitely stay here again!

Do not look for the caring professionalism that most hotels show. They will not guarantee a room location for disabled people and handicapped. They do take your payment information prior to room check-in for their guarantee that they will get paid for a room, but they do not guarantee the customer a room, nor a room location. I have been staying at Best Westerns for over 40 years and this particular one for several years. However, in the past 6 months this Best Western has lost its customer care respect in my opinion. Night staff is very argumentative with clients.

This is our go-to hotel when traveling by air in or out of the Salt Lake City area.  Our home is rural and three hours drive away from the airport.  This hotel is superb in meeting our needs for a good night's sleep in a quiet, clean environment.  The breakfast is always fresh, and hot food is hot and cold food cold!    There is a wide variety of choices for the breakfast meal.  All of the staff have always been professional and responsive to whatever our needs might be.  We appreciate the place to park our vehicle for free while we are away AND the free shuttle service to and from the airport.
