I've been staying here for eight days now and I'm kind of glad to be moving on. I'm in a hotel for roughly 240 days out of the year and I rarely leave reviews unless something strikes me in the extreme of ways. Positives first: overall cleanliness, and pool facilities are kept up. Negatives: front desk customer service needs training; probably with implementing the concept of empathy? I personally witnessed three other guests inform front desk personnel of short-comings on their stays and not once did I hear any type of accountability or even a simple "I'm sorry". It was halfway bizarre to tell you the truth. Side entrance door lock was inoperable throughout the entire stay. You can go out, but can't go back in. Super annoying. Doesn't sound like much but pretty much doubles the walk for half the hotel. Front desk assured me it would be repaired every day, asked for a call from manager after 5th false commitment. Manager never called. I'm a Choice Diamond Elite member even! lol. Good stuff. They'll figure it out one way or another. I will likely give them another chance next year and see if things change.

Nice staff which is the only reason it gets a two star review! The hotel itself however is a total dive and attracts some some truly questionable characters! I might stay ONE angibt here if I had to and every other facility in town were booked...otherwise there are much nicer places to stay for relatively the same price.

Location was good. Our rooms looked clean, but had a stale smoke smell when we arrived. The pool was fun and the continental breakfast was pretty good. We had a lot of issues with the key cards, even with keeping them away from cell phones. The staff was wonderful!

I would never recommend this place. The beds were terribly uncomfortable as well as pillows. Towels had small old blood stains on them. The breakfast was decent for a free breakfast but definitely tasted like old food (muffins dry, eggs tasted fake, sausage felt rubbery, etc.) Juice was fantastic though! The keys rately worked, we had to get multiple during the stay and even with new ones it took 10 tries to open it often. Our room was near the pool and our room smelled terribly of the chlorine which caused headaches and nausea. The housekeepers were friendly but front desk staff wasnt at all! We were in the room with our daughter during the day most of the stay and her naptime is when housekeepers would clean. So we chose to not have housekeeping and request towels and bedding as needed. We requested a couple extra towels and more bedding one day and the front desk wouldnt give us towels and said we have to have housekeepers come to get new towels. If the hotel wasnt paid for by others for us, we would have left immediately instead of staying. I would reccomend any other hotel, considering if you pay 10 or so extra dollars you can stay at much nicer places, (home2 suites, holiday inn express, etc) which we will be doing from now on.

There is absolutely no parking. The front desk attendant made me cry shortly after I walked in the door trying to check in. They charged me an outrageous deposit at check in! The rooms aren’t very nice ! The desk attendant called me pathetic as I struggled by my self to carry my bags and my infant inside! I’m absolutely upset and appalled!!
