I came in on Thanksgiving day looking for a hotel room. I drive a pickup and a trailer. So I parked in the space across from the check in arch. Within 30 to 45 seconds the front desk clerk was out of my truck telling me I have to move to the back of the hotel. When he came out he was very aggressive sounding in the way he was talking to me. I told him I was on my parking there because I was going to check again and then asked work would be a best place to park for the night. I then came inside to check in. I’ve been traveling for a week or so and have been away from my bank so I didn’t have any money on my card to check in but I had cash in hand. He refused to take any type of deposit. I had over $300 in hand to handover as a deposit. After asking multiple times if there’s anything that can be done, he refused. After the agitation outside I’m pretty upset at this point and storm out. I called best western support and told them about this problem. They contacted the hotel, and the hotels response was untruthful and blamed me. Long story short I have a feeling that the owner of the hotel did not receive that complaint. And that the manager that checked me in was the one that responded to the corporate office. I’m only writing this to bring to light the situation and how the managers are hiding problems.

Extremely satisfied! This property was excellent. The room was amazing, the bed was comfortable, the shower was perfect and Barb was super helpful after we drove all the way from another Best Western that was across the state where we decided to not stay. The 2.5 hour drive was worth it when we got to this place! This may have been the best Best Western that we stayed at the whole trip!

This was a great hotel! The rooms were great! We had hardwood floors! Beautiful! The location was perfect. Close to so many things. Easy on and off freeway access. The staff super friendly. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.

Awesome experience with the staff, specifically Barb, who accommodated everything we needed when we arrived very late. She made sure we were well taken care of and even provided treats to her favorite 4-legged guest of ours. Bed was comfy, great atmosphere, and very clean hotel. Thank you for making this such a comfortable stay!

Very nice room. Chocolate chip waffle batter the morning I left. Pet friendly. The only thing I wasn't a huge fan of was the breakfast spread. Didn't see much of anything fresh, and the eggs were the pre mades to ready heat. Great value overall.
