The Best Western Plus in Eau Claire was one of the most conveniently located and friendly hotels we've stayed in. The staff was phenomenal! We were within 5 miles from a wide selection of restaurants, the mall and movie theaters! Huge non-smoking rooms with insanely soft queen beds, a fridge, microwave, and anything else you could possibly need! After a wonderful night of rest, we woke up to feast of a breakfast that included fresh made eggs, sausage and waffles! I can tell you we'll definitely be back next time we are in Eau Claire. Thanks for a great stay!

The Best Western Plus in Eau Claire, WI is a very nice place to stay. The rooms were clean, attractive and comfortable, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The bed was very comfortable, and all the amenities were much appreciated. The free breakfast was good and had plenty of choices. My high school class had our reunion there, and the service, food and facilities for that were excellent. We would definitely stay there again when we are in Eau Claire.

5 stars isn't enough!! The staff was super sweet and genuinely wanted to make sure we were taken care of. Quaint hotel, very clean and well maintained rooms and easy to get to from the highway. I will defiantly be back!

The hotel impressed us with its warm and hospitable décor as well as comfort and convenience. We held a large business meeting here and were served by very competent staff. The meeting room was set up beautifully, sound and lighting were excellent, and the lunch was impeccable. Looking forward to having our annual conference their again!!

We stayed at this hotel for a college campus family weekend visit. This hotel excelled in all areas: very clean, comfortable beds, very friendly staff, good breakfast buffet, convenient to freeway and to the college. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to other travelers
