lt is an old hotel with an awesome long history of service. Our room came with a mini fridge and microwave (many hotels we've been to never had them). All of the staff we met were friendly and helpful. Especially Chris who took care of us when we arrived close to midnight! Their complimentary breakfast tasted amazing compared to other complimentary breakfasts I had. There was also a lot of variety to choose from! This was a great way to start our day. The dining room was nicely decorated and romantic. When we were leaving our room, the owner, Gus, saw us and came to introduce himself and start a conversation. It was nice to have met an owner who really cares about his customers 😊

We have stayed here several times and have been extremely satisfied. The restaurant is first class, servers are very professional. The breakfast is also great. Desk personnel are friendly and knowledgeable. Rooms are clean and everything is in working condition. We always try to make this a stop if it fits in our itinerary.

The staff at this hotel are friendly, helpful and pay attention to details. We enjoyed our brief stay. The decor is tasteful, the room was comfortable and breakfast was superior to any I've received on put six week road trip. There are little personal touches that make me suspect the owner is a nice guy!

It's a good hotel, definitely more than a 3 star but still not a 5 star. The free breakfast included was pretty nice and had a lot of variety. The hotel doesn't look too great but gets everything done just right.

I have spent time here for corporate events, stayed over when I was part of the Leadership Wilkes-Barre program, and have also attended weddings. It's convenient to the downtown and a great spot to host a variety of events. I have always felt like I was being taken of like family when I was there because the staff is excellent and really goes above and beyond.
