So we have been taking our brand new trailer to this place and it has only been on the road for 10 months. He told us we should have it in every so many wks due to maintenance and making sure it was being taken care of which is totally understandable. It just recently went in, came out and our techs started from WB to head to Stroudsburg to work and felt an issue. They pulled over and the 1 wheel was so lose and caused some problems. Luckily my husband was coming from NJ to help the techs. They fixed it in a parking lot as my husband has been dealing with trailers for many years himself but got too busy to do maintenance and so gave these people a shot. We call them and they said bring it back in. We did that and they call and say OH there's nothing wrong...why is it here. My husband said well now there's not but you wanted to see it. My husband said I couldn't leave it the way it was and get it too you. We'd have major damage if we did that and worse someone could had been injured or killed if the wheel feel off. So after it come back to us....all of a sudden the next day no brakes or some form of a brake issue. We called them several times and wouldn't call back. So my husband meets with the techs again to see what he could do and couldn't so anything. Tried to call the business again and still no call back. So now we take our trailer to a new place that could fit us in. When he got it apart he found many major issues that were caused by this Wide World RV and now this new trailer had thousands of dollars to be paid out to fix issues. My husband said please fix it and i will take it up with them. He went down and this owner wouldn't listen to him and did exactly what the other review said but this time he said WE DON'T MAKE MISTAKES HERE AND HAVEN'T IN OVER 51yrs. PMy husband said well in your 52nd yr you sure did. My husband said human error happens all the time and he said not here and then proceeded to tell my husband you or your techs must had done things. I use the phrase it was like he was POUNDING HIS CHEST....like he was a better person than my husband. My husband said you should be taking care of this bill and you know it. Now he had my husband ticked and it takes a lot to do that. This owner never even offered 1 red cent towards this bill. My husband said he could see even the woman in the office knew the owner was wrong. After posting something on fb....I find out a friend of a friend almost had their piece of work equipment burnt to pieces due to their negligence but Wide World RV never took fault for that either. Don't do business with these people...something goes wrong the owner never takes responsibility like a good business owner would do and treats his customers like garbage. If I could give him a zero for being a zero I would. A no# 1 star rating is way too kind and I am not one to post negativity about businesses because it is hard to be in business for yourself but this is way past that. Be AWARE people!!!!

NEW DETAILS AS OF 2/19/18: I would not be one to be told that I lie or not give ALL details....SO yesterday we get a call from one of the women in the office (mind you not the owner) offering 20% off parts and maybe labor and 3yrs free registrations. Now I laughed because they called the repair place first, the one we ended up taking it to, because they screwed up to verify what he wrote on the bill to be true to then call us. So here it is......To the owner As my husband came to you to discuss this issue man to man, owner to owner you dismissed him and were rude BUT because i write a review which I wish I could had given a ZERO.....I definitely wish I could give a BIG FAT ZERO NOW!! There will be no change in my review and I am sure you will say there is no pleasing them and maybe that is true but you could had done things differently. I hope you learn from your mistakes and some advise you might want to stop using your comment of in all of my years in business we have NEVER made a mistake. I saw reviews that people said the same thing you stated to my husband.
