Pretty nice, but the sheets smell like they haven't been washed and if you were expecting breakfast, it's a to-go breakfast... so it's really just coffee. However, they have TV, air conditioning/heater, fridge, dishwasher, and microwave (but bring your own dishes)

We travel a lot with husbands job. If you need a place that stay in Wilkes-Barre, this is an quite place time get a good nights sleep. Long term, they offer a great package for a great price. Ask for the EPP package. Also if you speak to Jorge at front desk he will make sure you are pleased with your stay. I’ve experienced a lot of hotels in a lot of zip codes and I do recommend this place.

The staff was gracious, extremely accommodating and understanding. However, this place has some maintenance issues. We had to leave our first room because the pipe in the wall broke and leaked all over the lobby. The second room also had a malfunctioning shower, but it only soaked the bathroom. The bathroom door also had missing hinges. This was all quite sad, because 3 years ago, it was a much nicer place.

The staff was very courteous and helpful. We were staying because a tree fell on our house during the blizzard. The only negative was that the garbage disposal smelled horribly. There was no lid, so I bought a box of baking soda and dumped it down. Overall, good stay for the price, as well as the unlimited coffee 24/7.

The staff was very friendly and helpful , but the cleanliness was not so good. The bathroom was full of hair on the floor, and the tub was dirty. It had not been cleaned. Inclusive one of the towels on the rack was stained with blood spots. They were definitely very compensatory when it was brought to their attention. Have stayed in many, many, many Extended Stay América's and this is the first time that we come across something like this. Would definitely stay here again, because they were DEFINITELY very professional about everything!
