The place was comfortable and clean. The shower had discolored caulk. It looked like mold. I suggest to request a room that is not adjacent to the elevator, as it was quiet noisy. We stayed in room 419.

The price was the best we could find in the whole area for hotels with pools and hot tubs. There were a few problems though. The pool and hot tub were dirty. As well as the price of the rooms, the hotel charged /put a hold of $30 through my bank without letting me know they were going to do this which overdrew my account. For the breakfast, there was no milk for cereal, coffee, or anything. They had run out the day before and nobody thought to get any at the store while they waited for more to arrive. However, the management made things right and took 50% off our bill even after I told them it was not necessary. Good integrity.

This was one of the worse HI's that I've stayed at. I got a bad feel as soon as we approached the front desk for check-in and were approached by an unfriendly clerk. The room did not have a good feel to it and the loud AC kept my wife awake all night. Our experience at the breakfast buffet was not much better. Very slow delivery of eggs and some of the other foods. I won't be back.

The rooms are small. It wasn't horrible but I've been in cleaner hotels. The evening front desk staff was rude and inconsiderate. The morning staff was great. They misread our reservations and argued with me for quite a while and then when it was resolved they attempted to say that is what was said in the beginning and they hadn't made a mistake. They were also very rude to other guests and acted like we should know everything about the hotel (such as how long the shuttle ran and how large it was, although their brochures said ask the front desk for that information.) It was also our wedding so we had many guests that booked the hotel rooms. They refused to upgrade us to a king suite (although we were willing to pay with points) months in advance saying they were out of king rooms even though it showed online you could still book them. We worked out a late checkout with the morning staff and everything was great but the evening staff acted as if we were crazy and asking for the world. I will never stay at this hotel again. We frequently stay at ihg and have never been treated this badly.

The hotel was located in a good place, not too difficult to find. Service was prompt and the room was comfortable. Complementary breakfast offered more than most. The bed was comfortable. Hot shower water might take a few minutes to warm up but it wasn't a deal breaker.
