The lobby of the hotel was very attractive, and the check-in staff were friendly and informative. The clerk gave us 2 bottles of water upon arrival and told us they are baking fresh cookies and to come back in a few minutes to retrieve them. The pools were great and refreshing, as it was a very hot day! The room was modern and had lovely décor. Breakfast was A-plus, with plenty of a variety of foods and everything hot. Plenty of seating, also, in the breakfast area. We will stay there again, for sure!

We only stayed one night, but were quite satisfied with the hotel; accommodations, staff and breakfast. Everyone we spoke with was friendly and helpful. This is truly a full breakfast. There were so many options, from pancakes, bacon, scrambled eggs, to hot and cold cereal, yogurt and fruit and ever kind of bakery item. Then, we appreciated that checkout was at noon, rather than earlier, like most Itty hotels. It is conveniently located near the freeway and walking distance to a couple of restaurants. If we need to stay over again, in this area, we will definitely stay here.

my family stayed for a week at this location which was convenient to all the San Diego attractions. The rooms were clean, bed was comfortable and the breakfast was hot and filling. we will definitely stay here next time we are in the San Diego area. The pool was small but it worked for my grandkids and us. the check in process was quick and the entire staff at the front desk was friendly and accommodating. The cleaning staff was also very polite and efficient.

Ample, free parking. The place smells wonderful. Yummy breakfast. Great interior design. Large, clean rooms. Wonderful, friendly customer service, especially from Ro!!!

Nice upgrades to an average hotel. DirecTV, spacious bathroom, clean...can't ask for much more. It's clear they put a lot of work into it to make it the best they can. It's in a weird part of town and has some funky elements, but all in all it's a good spot to stay.
