The customer service was 'direct'. The lady who first helped us was amazing, she worked with us and helped in securing a room. The gentleman at the front desk was not as empathetic however he too was helpful with the check in process. The room was cleaned and comfortable, place is run on a skeleton staff so do not expect immediate service. Breakfast was a few pastries and coffee. Overall based on the provided assistance when first arriving will give this location a 5star. Its great when a small business shows the ability to build a one on one relationship with their customer.

At first I thought they are nice and safe we should go. We get here my husband checks us In. And then a man come outside. Told my husband to check out tomorrow morning. I find that sad. Its Raining outside. I have my baby. Its not fair. People are messed up. Iam not a bad person. My son isn't a bad person nor is my husband. We just want to make it out here. Its a cold world. But God is good!

Wow these people really are rude! I was considering getting a room here but I look at all these reviews and I thought I would give them the benefit of the doubt. So I called them to book it and they told me they did have a room available and gave me a good price. It was a non-smoking room I asked them if it was clean they said yes of course it's clean, then just to see for myself I asked them if I could get extra towels if I needed them and the lady got very rude,  she asked me what I would need extra towels for? She told me two towels is enough and she put me on hold to speak to whoever and came back and said we have no room for rent sorry goodbye LOL I thought that was funny as hell!!

Great room, great service really enjoyed my stay here. Now at a motel 6 for the week out in el cajon for work and it is HORRIBLE. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Nothing great but it's quit, close to shopping, food and freeway. For the price, it's a good deal to me. I've stayed here multiple times to where they waved my deposit by noticing I leave the room clean.
