Out of town enough to not hear a lot of noise, but close enough to still get to everything. Plenty of parking. Was looking forward to lounging at the little patio area outside of the pool, but time didn't allow it. Typical breakfast of scrambled eggs, sausage, biscuits n gravy, and waffles. Nothing super special there, but it'll get you going. The rooms are really nice. Three story building with one elevator. Front desk staff was very helpful. Only sorta negative is the water pressure in the bathroom. Not all that great. Might be because we were all the way at the end on the top floor, not sure. other than that, very nice and clean hotel. Oh, and there is a restaurant right in front of the Hotel. And if you have time, go visit the Blue Spring Lake Marina to the east behind the hotel and feed the fish. or go feed the Buffalo at the Native Hoofed Animal Enclosure, Lee's Summit, MO.

Very nice rooms, very cozy. I enjoyed my stay here. Breakfast was wonderful. Service was fantastic. Very good experience

Was stuck in Lee's Summit overnight for work and had to get a room. The room was clean, all fixtures and things worked however even with my heater set to 76 the room never got over 64 in temperature throughout the entire night.

The staff I encountered were nice and informative however several times when I was coming or going I had to wait to speak to the receptionist because she was talking on her cell phone probably 5/7 times that I walked past the front counter.

There is a restaurant nearby (like 200 feet away) that was decent and convenient due to icy weather conditions and the parking lot for the hotel was not overly crowded which was nice.

Two things that sort of bugged me was that they had coffee machines in the room, but to be able to fill the machine with water I had to climb behind the TV and unplug it because the placement of the machine wouldn't allow me to use it due to how short the cord was and the fact that it was under the counter.

The other annoyance was that they advertise a free continental breakfast from I belive 6-9. When I left my room around 7:15 there was nothing but coffee, water, muffins, and bagels available. Ended up getting breakfast at a gas station down the road that had more selection.

Other than that the place wasn't bad just a few things that bugged me personally.

Absolutely an Amazing place! The manager saved our lives by getting us a great extended stay rate after we found out our home had foundation damage after a septic tank mishap and we had to find a temporary place to stay. Unsure of exactly how long we would be here, the management was so understanding. This is a beautiful hotel with the friendliest staff and absolutely WONDERFUL managenemt. David B. Was warm and friendly and even jump started my car because I left the dome light on. They went above and beyond any regular standards of business practices. They really treat us like they care. The breakfast is amazing and the room is so beautiful! This is a wonderfully run establishment. I would highly recommend to anyone who needs any type of accommodations, wheather it be extended, vacation or just passing through. This is a great place! And they are pet friendly! ❤🐶

Great place to stay. Comfortable room. Only complaint was the pillows were rough to sleep on.
