The front desk was very nice, and informative. Rooms were very clean,and sanitary. They also have smart TV and decent Internet speed. If you are a person that likes bright colors you will not liked the carpet. It's dark green in some rooms and maroon in others. But myself, I don't care about carpet, the necessaries are 5 star

This hotel is very hot inside the rooms and in the hallways. We thought our room had a broken air conditioner. So we changed rooms. This new room was only 3 degrees cooler. It is 97 degrees outside and my hotel room is at 76 degrees. I complained about how this hotel is hot and the rooms are hot...and the answer I got was...there is no air conditioner for the hallways of this hotel and that it is almost 100 degrees outside and that is why it is hot. I just left 120 degrees heat in Arizona and that hotel had no problem keeping me cool. This hotel has a pool but a inside pool. Don't waste your money coming here.

I brought my son down here for a pee-wee football tournament and stayed here. The first night we showed up and spent most of the evening at weigh ins and just came back to sleep so everything seemed fine. The next morning was Saturday and I went to take a shower and noticed water spots on the floor like someone had taken a shower several days before me and it never got mopped. When I pulled the shower curtain and someone else's hair fell all over the bath tub I knew that this bathroom hadn't been cleaned, I washed the hair down the drain and proceeded with my day. On Sunday when we woke up I went to get my son a glass of milk and noticed a perfect lip stain on the rim of the drinking glass, I then checked every glass and it was obvious that they had not been washed, I then placed every dish that would fit in the dishwasher and washed them. I can understand a few things when staying at a hotel but I also noticed that every time I left, pulled up, or went outside for any reason I noticed the cleaning crew sitting on the patio by the basketball court smoking. Maybe if they did some cleaning in between their smoke breaks this wouldn't be an issue. I will never stay at a Residence Inn again and if you have a choice I'd find somewhere else to stay. If this was the only choice, I might sleep in my truck. Also wggen I brought this to the attention of the desk clerk she just said sorry and smiled at me so she's obviously heard this before.

Manager Drew fixed what Marriott rewards screwed up. Thanks again. Amazing customer service and fantastic amenities. One of the last Residence Inns to have true breakfast and good dinner.

Staff was sleeping on arrival. Killed multiple spiders, centipedes, and earwigs in room. Spiderwebs found throughout room. Bathroom door would not close. Paint (or something) all over door handles. Blood(?) on bathroom door frame. Shower head squealed so loud when in use it woke up others in room. Toilet seat chipped and permanently dirty along with the toilet itself. This property is an embarrassment to the Marriott name and was a complete waste of our reward points. Don't waste YOUR points or money here.
