Called on the road and the staff, Wanda,  was so nice and accommodating in reserving our room. Upon arrival I found that this same employee was working still and was the most helpful and pleasant person we have met during our 4000 mile journey. The rooms were very clean, updated and pleasant and very economically priced. I'd recommend a stay to anyone at any time. Great job and hats off to Wanda and My place hotel Independent, MO.

Nice hotel. Very clean and new. Beds are very comfortable with lots of pillows. Numerous amenities in the room. Full size fridge, recliner, mini kitchen, dining table, etc. Friendly and helpful staff. Multiple restaurants very close by.

This ext stay is not like any other hotel. No plates, silverware or cookware. No wonder the kitchen stays clean.  I don't usually pack a frying pan and spatula nor should I. Price was higher than most extended stay hotels I've used and no mention was made about a breakfast being offered. Evening employee was very nice and responded quickly to alleviate the odor in our room. Price quoted on phone said included tax but not pet deposit of $10. Was charged rate quoted and then added tax and pet deposit that was not refundable and then added tax to the deposit, making the total as much as the nice hotel across the highway.

I can only give this hotel especially the staff a 5 star rating. I got seriously ill & had to call the front desk for help & they were there before I could put phone in the cradle. So do I recommend yes I do!

The location was very nice and convenient. Easy to find and it was close to the Silverstein arena. The employees were very nice. The rooms were clean, but had a slight scent of cigarette smoke. The bathroom shower curtain had some mold on it, too.
