I travel a lot and stay in a lot of hotels and this is by far the best of them all.  Friendly staff and very helpful.  Everyone from the managers, front desk, maintenance, kitchen manager and house keeping are all super friendly and ready to help.  Every morning they are smiling and cheerful.  Everyone says hello making you feel very welcome.  Rooms are updated and clean and very comfortable.  Very well managed property with first class people working hard to make everyone's stay as comfortable as possible.

The beds are really comfortable! The staff is super sweet. They made the hotel feel like home. The breakfast has many options. The hotel is conveniently next to restraunts and places to go shopping. The market place made it easy to get a variety of food. I highly recommend this hotel!

Gentleman working alone at desk (on a Saturday night) trying his best, but cannot overcome an abysmal cleaning staff.
Fungus in bath/showers , piss and hair on floors around toilet, beds with hair and pillows with lipstick (dont believe they changed the sheets). 
Tried to give us another room on a night when the hotel was full.  But even one of the two emergency rooms was uncleaned and the other only had a single bed.
Unfortunate as this is a newer hotel and in a nice location.  Just not comfortable with the filth.

The hotel room was larger and nicer than expected. The pool was very clean and they had a great fitness room. The staff was friendly and accommodating of our two large dogs. Breakfast was great. I'd stay again in a heartbeat.

Our room was clean and quiet. The staff was very friendly and helpful. This Holiday Inn was recently remodeled and updated, well-kept and clean. The beds were comfortable. We had a very enjoyable stay and will definitely return .
