This was the third hotel of our summer vacation and the best. Room was bigger than expected. Breakfast was better than expected (and free). Pool was nice. Jacuzzi was Amazing, especially after a very long ride. Staff was great, especially Tabitha. And all this in the middle of renovation. Wow! Yes, I would recommend.

Our stay was disappointing. Seems to have been nice at some point, but appears to have gone downhill. We asked to speak to a manager, but no manager was on site. The manager was supposed to call us the following day and never did. An additional charge was added to our credit card for no apparent reason. We reported the following issues: Exposed wiring in light in ceiling of bathroom. Ripped carpet in room. Hallway had exposed holes in walls where wallpaper was removed. Disgusting stains on chair in room. Water dripping from lights in swimming pool area. Noises heard in room well into the night.

Great place to stay overall. Location is quiet and just off I-90 which is convenient. Rooms are very large and nicely done. Breakfast is pretty good. Eggs not so much but everything else was good.

The rooms are clean and well kept. Breakfast is a fairly typical Continental breakfast of waffles, eggs, a meat, and lots of yogurt/cereal options. My only complaint is that employees stand directly outside of the back entrance to smoke. So my family has had to walk through a smoke cloud a number of times to get into the building AND since our room is directly above the back door, any time we open the window for some fresh air, the room almost immediately begins to smell like smoke. Employees should have a designated smoke area AWAY from patrons.

We were looking for a reasonable place to overnight on our way through the area and the hotel was more than satisfactory. The room was clean, nicely laid out, and a very comfortable place to stay. The staff was friendly and capable, breakfast was reasonable, and the overall feel was pleasant. Didn't use the pool or other facilities as we got in late and only went out to get dinner, but would have no reservations about staying again.
