Very clean, very large suite with nice kitchen. The beds were very comfortable, the bathroom was very clean and spacious. The breakfast was good with a lot of selection. Nice and quiet. Would stay again if in the area.

All the hotel staff are very pleasant and accommodating. The facilities are all very well kept and in great condition, despite being 25 years old or so (according to the desk clerk I spoke with). The location is perfectly situated near a lot of good restaurants and even small dive bars if that's your thing. It's not far from downtown Syracuse either, so taking part in city night life is easy. It's also very easily accessible from the highway (I-90), which simplifies travel elsewhere if you're staying for a business purpose. I would highly recommend this place and I know that I'll be coming back here in the future.

Beautiful room. Very friendly staff will do anything to make your stay comfortable. Great hot breakfast every day. Dinner 4 nights a week. I came last year, came again this year.

If I wrote this review last year when I stayed it would have been 4-5 stars. This stay was not on par. To start with I was given a one queen one king room when I booked a two queen. This might not seem like much but instead of two beds in the separate bedroom you get one in the bedroom, one in the main area which changes things when you had planned to split the kids up between the beds and you and your wife don't want to go to sleep at 8:30 with them. The second problem was our room was on the second floor with a basketball court right outside the window. Not sure why a hotel needs a basketball court but both nights we had to call to complain about the noise. One night people were playing on the court past midnight and I had three young children woken by the noise. I will give this place a chance again but they have one more try to get it right.

Have intended to write a review for a long time. Spent a few of days at this location last July. Our visit started off with vehicle problems which required a trip to a car dealership. Fortunately all was fixed in record time. Upon hearing of our troubles, the staff made a point of sending a special plate of goodies to our room and provided a complimentary movie to help us relax after a trying day! And the facility was really nice. Beautiful buildings plus above and beyond service. Could not ask for better! Thank you!
