It's a nice hotel. Our bathroom door was very hard to shut and the AC unit made some weird noises so I knocked off a star from my review. It would also be nice if they had outlets available on the bed side tables and more on the desk. That's pretty standard for hotels these days. The room and bathroom were nicely updated, the bed was comfortable, and the staff was very nice. They do have complementary shuttle service to and from the airport. I'd recommend staying here.

Staff is very friendly and helpful. Very convenient that they have a "do it yourself" laundry room for guests on 3rd floor. Easy to find & near many local services like gas, convenience stores, shopping, airport & dining. We especially enjoyed being less than a mile from the delicious restaurant "The Clam Bar"!!

Great place over all. most of the staff is very friendly.The general manager Conrad is always there to help. We were there on a busy weekend, and he pitched in and changed the ac / heating unit. Breakfast is always good. The hotel is getting a bit worn, but I am told it is up for a remodel. Nice pool which my daughter loves. My family and I have stayed there many times and they are great and treat us as family. Highly recommend, but it does need some cosmetic help.

The Holiday Inn Express was conveniently located right outside of downtown Syracuse. While I initially had some plumbing issues the staff came and corrected it almost immediately. Other than that the rooms were quite spacious and comfortable.
